ABOUT ME
After spending my early adult life working in the music and edccation sectors I decied to retrain in 2010 in the health and fitness sector.
I initally studied Personal Training and Holistic Massage.
After slowly transatioining carees I went on to study BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, Strength and Conditioing, Sports Therapy and Nutrition. ​
I Moved to Worcester from Dorset in 2022 and live here with my wife our youngest son. We have three other children who are currentlluy at University or have recentlly graudated.

EXPERIANCE:
I have worked for over 15 years in the industry, working with range of people and ages in the general population and with professional athelets including heading up Performance and Medical departments in professional footbal.
